Beata Larson

Originally from Poland, Beata now lives in Arizona and ran her first marathon in Chicago at the age of forty. To date, she has completed 47 Marathons including destination marathons such as the Great Wall of China, Inca Trail/Machu Picchu, New Zealand, South Africa, London, and Tokyo to name a few. She has received the Abbott World Major Medal for completing the Chicago, New York, Boston, Tokyo, Berlin, and London marathons. The Antarctic Ice Marathon will complete the coveted 7 continents for her and she will receive the 7 Continents Marathon Club medal as a result. Beata's next goal is to complete a marathon in all 50 States (she is currently at 32).
