Betty Wong Ortiz

As the past editor-in-chief of Fitness magazine and later the first female editor-in-chief of Runner’s World, Betty began writing/editing stories about health, fitness, nutrition, and running long before she laced up for her first 26.2 in 2009 in NYC. London will be her 8th marathon (after running New York again in ‘11, Los Angeles ‘13, Tokyo’15, Paris ‘17, Chicago ‘17, and Berlin ‘21).Betty now works in marketing content strategy for Dropbox. She and her family live in Queens, New York and are excited to visit London for the first time and have proper tea!
