Catherine Emerson

Cathy is an Australian currently living in London. She took up distance running in 2002 and has run 8 marathons and many half marathons. The Antarctic Ice Marathon will be Cathy’s 7th continent having been convinced to take up the challenge by her good mate Louise (Edwards). Cathy, like Louise, has ustilised running as a good excuse to travel and has completed the Tenzing-Hilary Everest, Inca Trial, Victoria Falls, Outback (Australia), Paris and New York Marathons. Cathy is also running to raise funds for Sanjiwani Public Health Mission in Ghandruk, Nepal.
