Daniel Beck

Daniel is a 35-year-old adventurer and mountaineer from Denmark, who has successfully summited the highest mountains on five different continents. Antarctica will be his 7th continent to visit. His dream of running a marathon on each continent is slowly becoming a reality. The Antarctic Ice Marathon will be his 7th marathon on the 6th continent, with only South America remaining after Antarctica. Among his previous achievements are marathons at iconic locations such as the Great Wall of China, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Cape Town, Los Angeles, and the Queenstown Mountain Marathon in New Zealand. Daniel is happily married to Jackie, originally from California, and together they reside in Denmark with their two children, Valentin (3 years old) and Micah (6 years old). With an unwavering love for nature and a deep-seated desire for thrilling adventures, Daniel finds joy in exploring the wonders of the natural world.
