Heather Carr

Heather ran her first marathon in late 2012, and the North Pole Marathon will be her 9th marathon. She has run marathons on 3 continents, including North America, Europe, and Antarctica, and she hopes to complete marathons on the remaining 4 continents over the next few years. In addition to marathons, Heather also enjoys shorter races, especially those of 10 mile and half marathon distance. In running the North Pole Marathon, Heather will raise money for the 2016 Minnesota Mission of Mercy. MnMOM is a 2-day event held in July that provides free dental care to those in need.
