John Killingworth

Completed five marathons to date, including Berlin, New York and London (three times). John has been raising money and awareness for breast cancer care since 2008. In March 2011, he set up a campaign called ‘80 Degrees South’ (see www.80degreessouth.co.uk), which has been a massive success raising £54000 to date. His motivation stemmed from the tragic death of his mother from breast cancer at a young age. John is running in memory of his mother, Bernadette Killingworth.
