Kaitlyn Bartolone

Kaitlyn has been running since high school when getting cut from the soccer team ended up being a great gift as it led her to cross country. Turns out she was much better at running than soccer anyway. In college, while studying abroad in Ireland, she decided to train for and run the Dublin Half Marathon to balance out all the beer and a great love for long-distance running was born.Kaitlyn ran her first marathon in 2013 in St. Louis and has been running them ever since. London with be her 11th marathon and 5th World Marathon Major, adding to a list that includes Chicago (‘13, ‘19), Berlin (‘14), New York (‘14) and Boston (‘16, ‘20 (virtual)). The London Marathon will also be Kaitlyn’s first marathon since becoming a mom in May 2021.Kaitlyn is particularly looking forward to her post marathon pint and fish and chips.
