Lauren Dicktel

Lauren took up running as a freshman in high school 12 years ago after realizing she did not have the coordination for other sports. Turns out she was decent at it and tackled her first marathon in 2017 where she began her conquest to BQ. She finally BQd on her 5th marathon and has since went on to complete 9 marathons including Disney Dopey Challenge, Boston, Chicago, New York, and Berlin. It’s convenient that she’s a Physical Therapist with all the running she does in addition to personal coaching. When she’s not running you can find her sailing with her corgi Peaches around the Morehead City area of North Carolina. London will be her 10th marathon and 5th star.
