Margaret Seery

A life-long marathoner, Margaret has completed over 15 marathons, most recently Berlin Marathon 2021 (Sep), NYC Marathon 2021 (50th running, Nov), and Disney World 2022 (Jan). She has qualified for and completed the Boston marathon twice and came within 1.5 minutes of another qualifier in the NYC 2021 race. Margaret has also run longer distance races, including the 12-hours of Road America Ultra event, completing 50k. Her goal currently is to complete the Abbott World Series (Boston, NY, Chicago, Berlin, London, Tokyo), of which only London and Tokyo remain. She's grateful to Runbuk for the opportunity to gain entrance to London after several attempts to get in through the lottery!In 2017 Margaret ran the New York City Marathon as a member of Team Boomer. She works to be a role model for good health for her children (2 of whom have Cystic Fibrosis). The below picture from that race, remains one of her favorites.
