Matthias Brauner

Matthias Brauner, 43, is an independent entrepreneur from Bremen, Germany, active in international business and driven by a passion for nature, freedom, curiosity, adventure, and meaningful connections with people. Whether exploring the world by foot, by kayak, or as a mountaineer, he believes that the best experiences are often found beyond our comfort zones.

One of his most memorable adventures was a 25-day journey across Germany, from the Baltic Sea to the Zugspitze – the Top of Germany. Alongside his business activities, he regularly supports young people in their personal development.

After completing his first half marathon earlier this year and preparing for his first marathon in Cologne, he came across the Antarctic Ice Marathon. Within 48 hours he had signed up. Do it – that's just Matthias.
