Mauritz Christo Jansen Van Rensburg

Mauritz is South African born and raised and is the founder of Soul Running, an online coaching business for runners, triathletes and cyclists. He has completed twenty-nine marathons to date with his fastest being his first, running at altitude in Bloemfontein in 2:36:15 hrs at age 25. His other marathons include Boston, Chicago, New York, Cape Town and Buenos Aires and he is also is a six-time Ironman finisher, including the Hawaii Ironman. He was part of the two-man winning team at the 2008 Cape Odyssey Trail run, 5 Marathons in 5 days, and represented South Africa in Triathlon and Duathlon at various World Championship events.
