I am an amateur endurance athlete from Thailand who enjoys setting challenging goals and working consistently toward them.

Alongside my professional and family life, I train and compete in marathons and ultramarathons. I am still learning from every experience and continually looking for ways to improve.

For me, endurance sport is not only about results. It is a personal journey that teaches patience, discipline, resilience, and gratitude—one step at a time.
