Potenciano SD. (Yong) Larrazabal III

Dr. Yong is a Practicing Ophthalmologist and Chairman of the Cebu Cataract Foundation, which has performed thousands of free cataract surgeries. Yong is also the Chairman and founder of “Run for Sight Foundation”, from which he organizes fun runs & marathons (together with his wife Donna), and all its proceeds are used for medical missions, feeding programs and Christmas gift giving activities in the country. He qualified for the Boston Marathon with a personal best time of 3 hours 14 minutes and completed the Abbot World Marathon Majors in 2018 by doing the Boston and London Marathon in quick succession. The Antarctic Ice Marathon will be his 60th marathon distance race and the seventh continent, thereby becoming a member of the 7 Continents Marathon Club.
