Saga Yutaka

Yutaka is a specialized Labor and Social Security Attorney based in Tokyo, Japan. Born in 1972, he is the second son of a sporting goods store owner and a lifelong athlete. A father of two sons and a daughter, Yutaka embraces both professional and personal challenges. He rises at 5 a.m. each day to train before work, dedicating himself to judo and mixed martial arts. In his school days, he was an avid yachtsman - winning a yacht competition in Saitama Prefecture in 1993 and going on to compete nationally. His endurance achievements include completing the Ultra 100km Marathon in Hokkaido in 2011 and the grueling 250km Sahara Desert Marathon in 2015. Most recently, in 2023, Yutaka conquered the world’s southernmost race: the Antarctic Ice Marathon. Now, he’s setting his sights on the top of the world - the North Pole Marathon.
