Yu Phing Ong

Phing's motto is "a sound mind in a sound body". He has enjoyed an active lifestyle since his first half-ironman triathlon in the late 1980s, and has additional interests in adventure races, alpineering, martial arts, power lifting and rock climbing, whilst dedicated to a career in IT. Together with his cousin, they recently completed the World Marathon Challenge (7 Marathons on 7 Continents in 7 Days), raising more than US$120,000 for five charities associated with Mental Health and Fitness in Singapore.
